Amy has worked at Premier League level as a sports psychologist for over 10 years. During this time she has worked throughout the academy as well as first team level, helping players and coaching staff to achieve optimal performance in all that they do under extreme levels of stress.
Being able to stay calm, focused and understanding their emotional state in such a versatile environment has been one of the driving factors behind Amys research and her doctorate ‘Integrating Mindfulness into Football’. During her time within football she has also worked with the board and directors on effective leadership
Amy has worked across other sports such as tennis, squash, swimming and MMA both at regional and international level, as well as consulted for the English Cricket Board. Amy has published and disseminated her research across the globe, linking with other experts within the mindfulness literature. She aims to help and assist all individuals to achieve their optimal potential wherever they may be, elite sport, business, or home life.
Amy is registered with the Health Care Professionals Council and a member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Science.
