Dean is currently CEO of LexisNexis Risk Solutions Data Services a division of RELX a FTSE 15 company. Over the last 25 years Dean has had a successful corporate career growing businesses, building high performing teams and developing people in Data and Technology businesses such as Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer and FTSE, Private Equity and Financial Services with Investec, HSBC Investment Management and Rothschilds. Dean also has a background in sport with and has coached all over the world and at three Premier league teams.
Dean is passionate about building high performing, inclusive cultures and helping individuals and teams achieve their potential. He is also experienced in using data and technology to improve outcomes and make the world a better place and also sits on the board of various charities for causes including Inclusion & Diversity, Mitochondrial disease and The investing & Savings Alliance.
