Jason is on a mission to make coaching accessible to everyone. He focuses on the relationship between data and human performance asking the question: How can data be utilised safely in coaching to create equality of opportunity?
Jason spent the first 25 years of his career in the corporate world as a senior executive in the Data and AI industry in Europe, Asia and Australia. In this time, he acquired hands on experience in what it means to build diverse teams across geographic, cultural, and political boundaries. Jason experienced how different cultures address gender and diversity as they seek new growth opportunities. He has been at hyper growth silicon valley start-ups such as Databricks as well as US and European high performers including Talend and QlikTech.
Today he is a recognised leader in the development of coaching strategies for high performing teams that strengthen their diversity and inclusion. His work with founders, CEO’s and their teams enable them to grow their businesses utilising agile and adaptive frameworks.
As an ICF trained coach himself and a member of Flow Research Collective, he uses his personal investment vehicle ThenHow to invest in companies and coach teams to realise his mission.
