Michael Caulfield is one of the most experienced sport and performance psychologists in the UK, and has been at the forefront of raising all matters involving wellbeing, performance, and many of the topics that get greater coverage now, and continues to do so.
Before retraining as a sports psychologist, Michael was Chief Executive of the Professional Jockeys Association between 1988 and 2003 which taught him so much around caring for elite performers across sport and business too. Michael has been fortunate enough to work alongside some of the best coaches, leaders and players in sport including Gareth Southgate, Sir A. P. McCoy, and is currently working with Brentford FC who were promoted to the Premier League for the first time in their history in 2021.
He has worked in many disciplines, both team and individual, and He is a regular contributor to BBC Radio and currently embarking on his first book reflecting on the lessons learned in sport and performance
